5-minute walk to local shops & 15 minutes walk to the train station.

The room is charged at £800 per month with all bills included

Just to give you an idea about my home.
It's like a family home i. e. everyone gets on well with each other and we have a nice balance in the house.

If you are NOT able to get on well with people or communicate properly in ENGLISH then I don't think this is the place for you as it's important everyone gets along in my house.

There are three other lodgers in the house. One upstairs on the first floor and two in the outhouses.

I have a BIG back garden which is fantastic for BBQs and garden parties in the summer, but it also means that everyone helps keep the garden looking nice, etc.
