A shared shower and toilet, use of washing machine is available but please supply your own detergents, The house is central heated and double glazed

A bit about us we are a married couple who like peace and quiet so no drum kits please!

What we expect of you, pay your rent on time and be respectful of others, sorry we do not allow you to have overnight guests in your room

The room rate is £75 per week to be paid 2 weeks in advance
