Large Double room in modern house available to rent. Large kitchen and sitting room. All bills included. Luxury bathroom with access direct from bedroom also has second door from hallway and doubles as guest bathroom, the master bedroom has en-suite so 99% of the time you will be the only person using this high spec bathroom with power shower, UF heating, heated towel rail and bath. Quiet area with rural surroundings easy access to countryside for walking /exercise etc. Ideally looking for mon-fri as I’m not around much in the week so you pretty much get the house to yourself during the week but I like to have the place to myself at weekends but wouldn’t be a problem if you were here the odd weekend.
This is a smart house and I like it to be kept that way. Smokers allowed but strictly outside only.
