I am looking for one house mate only to share my house and work together as a team as I live by myself.

Property has undergone some renovation and is kept clean at all times.
The house has a spacious living room, the kitchen is of good size and enough cupboards as required, fridge/freezer, air fryer, pantry, washing machine, oven and cooker. there are two bathrooms with shower and storages, your room has a wardrobe and the door is been designed at the moment. it has an office table and the chair should be delivered soon.

Ideally the house mate is a working professional who is considerate, understanding, friendly, clean and tidy.

It is important that my home is clean, safe and a happy environment.
I would be respectful, honest, considerate to you at all times.
The house is strictly let on a single occupancy basis only.

Rents includes - Gas, electricity, water, broadband, cleaning supplies (reasonable use), domestic products- kitchen roll, bin bags, toilet roll(reasonable use)
brand new/well kept furniture, free parking.

5 minutes bus ride to Upminster station
Upminster to bank station 23 minutes
Upminster to canary wharf 20-25minutes
Upminster to Stratford 18-20minutess

local Amenities
coffee shops, supermarket, parks, bars and pubs, restaurant.
