We live in a large house with 3 double bedrooms. We have a double bedroom to rent with sole access to your own shower room.

There is a large kitchen with use of washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and cooker.

There is parking on the driveway and a large garden.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area within a short walk to the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Upminster Station is a 10 minute walk away with overhead train and tube options to London.

Bus services are also round the corner to Romford and Lakeside shopping centre.

We are a married couple with a grown up daughter. We are all professionals and out of the house most of the day.
