Must be able to provide references and 3 months payslips and in full time work.
Unfortunately working from home would not be sutiable as the room is too small to be in 24/7.

Upminster station 10 min walk, Trains to Fenchurch Street 25mins, access to many tube lines, average time 50 mins to West End.

A cocker spaniels lives here so you would need to like dogs, you will get a warm welcome from her when you get home from work. The bedroom is a double size room with great views, due to the wardrobes only a single bed fits in the room.
