I’m a Single Mum to a teenage daughter, & our beloved small dog 🐶 (very friendly)
We have a happy & relaxed home, I work full time & my daughter is still at school.

I have a fully furnished single room to offer the right person.
I'm looking for a professional, positive person that is respectful & considerate. Same goes both ways!

My Property is within walking distance of Pitsea railway station & other local amenities.
Parking is generally available directly outside the house.
Bedroom is fully furnished Inc. Tv with freeview. & internet.

Happy to offer a trail period of 1 Month to ensure we are both comfortable.
But ideally I’m looking for a lodger to stay Long term.
