X2 Double Room to rent

Hi,

I have a lovely three bed home that I have two double rooms to rent. One is bigger than the other (blue) and is reflected in the price.

Have a lovely kitchen/Dining area & shared bathroom and a toilet downstairs.

I have a French bulldog who will be sharing with us. He is well trained and spends most days downstairs or at daycare. So you must be a dog lover.

Living room area is not going to be shared but the rest of the house is all yours.

I am a quiet person who keeps to myself, enjoys cooking and dog walks which is just a 2 min walk to Gunpower Park.

I am not a party animal and a non drinker who enjoys a peaceful life and would not like any overnight guests.

There is off street parking for all.

Public transport is a little tricky. It’s 20 min walk from nearest bus station.

I am looking for someone who works out of the house Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
