The bedroom is a well fitted double with build in wardrobes and wooden flooring. The en-suite consists of low level toilet, shower cubicle, small basin and cabinet.

The ground floor consists of kitchen with separate utility/larder room, lounge and downstairs toilet. There is parking for one vehicle to the front of the property.

I am offering a house share for a single mature female professional (must like cats as I have two).

I have lived in the house for a number of years with my husband who has recently moved out therefore I am fully established with regards to furniture, kitchen utensils etc. If you have a lot of bagage, this may not be the house for you.

To tell you a little bit about myself I am 37, recently separated and am looking for a like minded individual to share my house with and maybe socialise.

My hobbies are watching films, drinking wine, cycling, reading, with my main hobby being riding a motorcycle. On a work night I tend to go to bed early as I am an early riser. It would be nice to have someone in the house to maybe occasionally share a glass of wine and a takeaway whilst watching a cheesy film.

I do not operate an open door policy and am renting the room to one person who will have visitors to the house on a very occasional mutually agreed basis. I am generally clean and tidy, the same is appreciated in return.
