Double Room in Central Waltham abbey

Central Waltham Abbey, close to shops, good access to M25 and stations. Swimming pool and gym locally and close to supermarket. A short walk to Waltham Cross, and close to bus stops to Waltham Cross and Loughton stations


All utilities included, washing machine, dishwasher, lounge, kitchen, garden.


I'm looking for someone who is quiet but sociable, if that makes sense! Ideally someone 30+ , but will consider younger- it’s not a “party house” 😉

I have a double bedroom available. It is very light and spacious and storage space is available.
Shared kitchen and a lounge/diner as a communal area.
The room which is spare is the big front double, lovely and spacious.
I live upstairs in the loft room. And the smaller bedroom is let

The room is available on a short let probably up to the end of March as I am in the process of selling the house (just started the process so won’t be sold for a while yet)
