ROOM 2 (£700 pcm):

Preference: Females. Tidy and clean males with references may be considered (expecting a comment on this or it'd dismissed)

Completely redecorated en-suite double bedroom.
Furnished with a memory foam mattress.
Located downstairs, offering independence and easy external access.
Comes with massive under-bed drawers and a full-size wardrobe.
The ensuite bathroom is compact but functional with WC, basin, shelves, and a shower.
Household Dynamics:

Due to our early shifts, a prospective tenant should respect resting times, day or night. In return, we'll respect yours. We're sociable when time permits in our cozy living room.
Cleanliness:

We maintain high cleanliness standards and endorse a strict 'Clean as you go' policy. Compliance without delay or excuse is essential.
A weekly deep cleaning service for common areas is in place. All residents share the cost, which is an additional £60 per month.

Ideally located close to cafes, shops, Tesco, Greggs, various restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, council, and library.
Accessible bus routes to Waltham Cross & Chingford railway stations, Loughton, Epping, and more. Waltham Cross station is about a mile away.
