Comfortable double room in 2 bed house

This good size room is furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers, tv ariel and large built-in wardrobe/storage. There is unlimited wifi and a small back garden. Although there is no off-street parking there is no parking restrictions in the street. The bathroom is bright and spacious with a large bath and shower-head. But no shower. There is plenty of cupboard space in the Kitchen and fridge/freezer space. All crockery, pots and pans and utensils are available for your use. The nearest overland train station is Waltham Cross, which is on the bus route from the end of the road and about 20 mins walk away. The nearest tube stations are Epping, Theydon Bois and Buckhurst hill. The house itself has a warm and relaxed atmosphere and generally lodgers have stayed for two or more years. I have not had a lodger for 18months and the room has been fully re decorated with new carpet and also new exterior doors and windows throughout.
