Lovely spacious double room in Vegetarian house

Hi, The room available to rent is the largest bedroom and is furnished with a king sized bed, triple wardrobe, desk/table and chair and bedside table and lamp. There is a tv aerial in the room and I can provide a small TV and DVD player but you would have to be sure you have a TV license. The kitchen is fairly new and is fully equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils, pans etc for your use. The bathroom is lovely bright and spacious. There is no shower but a shower attachment on the bath. I am a 54 year old female live in landlady. I am an ex secondary school Head of Art and now work in a picture framers, teach yoga and pet sit. I am looking for a respectful, clean and tidy lodger that works and is either vegetarian or happy not to bring meat in to the house. I am friendly and thoughtful and always do my best to ensure my lodgers are happy and feel at home. The property has free on street parking and a small neat garden that gets lots of sunshine. The nearest train station is Waltham cross which is about a 30 min walk or there is a bus stop at the end of the road where you can also get a bus to Epping or Loughton tube stations. An important consideration before you contact me so as to not waste each others time is that I don't wish meat to be cooked in my kitchen.
