I work and study long hours mostly from home 6 days a week, so I dont have a lot of spare time to hang out. I'm looking to share with someone friendly who likes to laugh, and is also quite indepedent.

The house is 20-30 minutes walking distance to Walton-On-Naze with long glorious beach walk, and a very good train line.

I have two rooms (one large furnished single room £550 per month plus bills) and a large unfurnished double room (£600 per month, plus bills).

I'm only renting out one of the rooms - we can discuss based on your preference.

Bills are shared: They are gas, electricity, water and council tax.

There is wifi in the house, and additional storage space if needed, along with a garden and a garden shed.

There is no alcohol, pork, or smoking in the house.

The house is part of a tenancy through an estate agency, so you'd need to go through the standard reference checking process with the agency.
