I am seeking a professional tenant to share my well appointed detached house in West Horndon, with private parking and well kept garden.

I am ideally situated near the station, just a 3 minute walk away! The reliable C2C commute to London Fenchurch St takes only 25 minutes and also only 20 minutes to Leigh on Sea!

West Horndon is a very friendly village - green belt, of Greater London (East). 5 mins drive from M25, near to Brentwood and Upminster. Easy access to the A127 and A13.

I am a very easy going and sociable person. I do like my house to be kept tidy and hope that my tenant will respect that but I am happy to do the majority of the house work as I am home during the day. Certainly not OCD! The double room I am offering has recently been painted. It has a double built in wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. Bedding, towels and kitchen utensils are provided. As I have an ensuite you would have sole access to the bathroom in the mornings and the majority of the time.
