Onsuite Room in Shared House on Mersea Island

Large house with owner occupier. Separate kitchen and lounge for the two let rooms. Use of own patio and garden. Plenty of parking. Beach and Bus stop nearby. I have two dogs and any help walking or dog sitting would be useful occasionally. Owner lives in only certain rooms of the house and there is a lot of space. Short and longer visits welcome. One room is now taken the other room available and it has a separate bathroom with shower. There are two other shower rooms in the house that can be used by anyone. Room has a large wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables, wood floorboards with rugs. Suit professional who drives.. Council tax F. Off street secure parking.
