Potentially the Building has easy wheelchair access because ist is all on the ground floor and there is only one doorway which has a small step over - this can also be discussed if interested).
A pull down 'murphy bed' kingsize bed saves space as it folds back into the wall. The building is extremely well insulated and stays cool in summer and heats up easily in cold weather. There are two electric conduction heaters which are more than enough to provide heating in the coldest weather. The building is currently vacant and all options considered.
