The property is a 15 minute walk from Westcliff train station and is on a bus route with regular services. Southend High Street is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus.

The property has been recently renovated and features modern appliance installations as well as unlimited Broadband (Wi-Fi). As you can see from the photographs it is a very fresh and welcoming home and it presents a lovely living environment not often experienced in House Shares. The room is fully furnished and ready to move into.


The rent is £520 per month or £120 per week and all bills are included. We are undertaking viewings at this property Monday - Friday during usual business hours (9.30am - 4pm). We have a flexible approach to letting and can accommodate most circumstances. We ask for a 2 week security deposit (£240) and rent is payable weekly or monthly in advance.
