The property is a 15 minute walk from Westcliff train station and is on a bus route with regular services. Southend High Street is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus.

The property has been recently renovated and features modern appliance installations as well as unlimited Broadband (Wi-Fi). As you can see from the photographs it is a very fresh and welcoming home and it presents a lovely living environment not often experienced in House Shares. We always have rooms becoming available as well as those available immediately so please register an interest with us should you want to come and take a look around our House Shares to get a feel of what we currently have.

We have a flexible approach to letting and can accommodate most circumstances. We ask for a 2 week deposit and rent is payable weekly in advance.
