Southend High Street is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus.

This large (approximately 5m x 4m) bedroom shares a large modern double kitchen, with plenty of cooking facilities, storage space, and refrigeration/freezer space, and there is a large shared shower room and separate toilet.
The Rent is £150/week payable in advance, and it includes all bills and WiFi internet.
We ask for a security deposit of £300 (2 weeks rent) which is held in the Governments Tenancy Deposit Scheme and is fully refundable (upon successful inspection at the end of the tenancy) and there are no administration fees.
