Large Double Room

I have a large double room In Westcliff On Sea. I own a five bedroom house but I’m only renting 3 rooms. I have access to the property but will not be living there. There are 3 bathrooms. There is a large sitting room and a large kitchen. You also have use of an exercise room with gym equipment in there. There is a utility room with a washer dryer. There is a large garden.
