Southend High Street is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus.

It has its own en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, a small kitchenette area with basic cooking facilities (microwave, small electric hob), and its own small courtyard space accessible directly from the room.

There are no shared facilities at the house, just the common hallways which are photographed so you can see what the house itself looks like.

The Rent is £585 per month or £135 per week payable in advance. It includes all bills. We ask for a security deposit of £270.
