The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license) and includes unlimited fibre broadband. The Tenants: We would prefer professional, tidy and respectful tenants.

The Landlord: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues and there are no hidden charges.
