There is modern very large kitchen with a small dining area that leads out to a rear garden. As you can see from the photographs it is a very fresh and welcoming home and it presents a lovely living environment not often experienced in House Shares. The room is fully furnished and ready to move into.

We have a flexible approach to letting and can accommodate most circumstances. We ask for a 2 week refundable deposit and rent is payable weekly in advance.
