I have 1 large Double bedroom available for single occupancy, with its own seating area with a large private sunny patio garden, perfect for those summer BBQ's!

All rooms have been furnished to our high standards - new beds, mattresses, wardrobes, chests of drawers, comfy chair, lamps & coffee tables etc.

All bills included, regular cleaning of communal areas and managed by a specialist letting agent who pride themselves on being friendly, efficient and generally happy to help.

We are looking for professionals to occupy the available room, early viewing being recommended.
