Double room in friendly all female house share

Hi!
I haven’t managed to upload photos of the room yet, but it’s a decent sized double room in a relaxed all professional female house share.
No couples/males sorry!
You will be sharing a bathroom with one other tenant (lovely junior doctor, she’s 24y/o) (everyone else has an en-suite)
Your room includes your own 32inch smart tv with a virgin media box.
You must be ok with cats, as one of the tenants owns one (she’s very friendly!) unfortunately she doesn’t get on with other animals so we can’t take on any pets :(
The landlord is live out - he’s really lovely, fixes anything that needs sorting and is never here.
The house is a tidy, peaceful & respectful house share - just don’t take the mick and respect each others privacy/peace and you’re fine, we’re all really easy going, get on well and have a good dynamic:)
There’s a best one off license & post office, fish and chippy and a Chinese literally 30 seconds from the house.
29 bus stop also basically infront of the house, 15-20 minute walk to Southend town. Approx 10 mins walk to hamlet court Rd.
All bills included, landlord would need one months rent and one months deposit up front.
No males or couples or pets, sorry.
