You'll have full access to the communal rooms as well. This includes a large kitchen, bathroom (high power shower and bath available) and large living room with a bay window to take advantage of the natural sunlight. The living room is currently being used as a bedroom by another housemate, Zoe.
All bills are including, including WiFi and subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon and Disney+.

Located near Chalkwell Park you'll be close to many local amenities including:

Chalkwell seafront (15 minute walk)
Southend hospital (4 minute car journey or 20 minute walk)
Southend Airport (9 minute car journey)

Transport

Chalkwell train station is a 15 minute walk from the property. Be in central London within 60 minutes from the front door.
Buses run along the London Road to Southend regularly.

About us.

I will be living with you at the property and as the owner I take great pride in my home. I would ideally like someone who is clean, considerate and friendly. I have had lodgers living with me for three years and it's always been a lovely experience, so any questions, please just ask.
I have an active social life and many hobbies and interests including history, environmentalism and theatre.

There is a second guest at the property, Zoe. She is currently using the living room space as her bedroom but she's out of the house most days for work and the gym. Again, any questions, please just ask.
