A small double room is available in a clean, 2 bed flat right by Westcliff-On-Sea train station and Hamlet Court Road.
It's ideal for a commuter to London due to the location and would suit someone who doesn't need a big room or have much stuff but there is a wardrobe and under bed drawers. (I'll add better photos of the room soon.)
There's a desk space that can be used in the living area.
I'm looking for someone mature, clean and respectable who is a vegetarian or willing to be considerate if cooking meat. If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and clean then this is a good flat.
Short lets available starting with a weekly contract and then a rolling monthly lodger agreement.
