Hi I’m looking for a flat mate. Clean tidy flat bedrooms at opposite ends of flat. Great sea views from balcony, vacant bedroom, lounge & kitchen. Own off street parking at rear of property. I work at night (don’t worry I sleep like a log) & am away most weekends. All rooms are shared in the flat except the bedrooms of course.
I’m still a young at heart lively 64 year old & would like a female or male flat mate between the ages of 30 & around about my age. I’m very easy going & would like the same if possible.
