Great second floor flat share with sea views.

Hi I’m looking for a flat mate. Clean tidy flat bedrooms at opposite ends of flat. Great sea views from balcony, vacant bedroom, lounge & kitchen. Own off street parking at rear of property. I work at night (don’t worry I sleep like a log) & am away most weekends. All rooms are shared in the flat except the bedrooms of course.
I’m still a young at heart lively 62 year old & would like a female or male flat mate between the ages of 30 & around about my age. I’m very easy going & would like the same if possible.
I only have till tomorrow at 5.30 to find a flat mate as I rent the property myself & I didn’t realise the agents for the landlord had prepared a new lease & need to know if I am having a new flat mate before hand otherwise I won’t be allowed a flat mate for another 12 months due to a reduced rate if I’m alone. So you will need to be able to talk to the agent before 5.30 to confirm you would like to commit to it & get the ball rolling and be able to follow up straight away with doing references & checks etc. There may be a fee for this.
