Professional flat mate wanted to share our home

Small but nice single bright clean room available.

Room contains bed, TV, hanging rail, lamp, and doors that open out onto a small balcony.

Further storage can also be made available if necessary in main flat area.

We are 2 mins walk from Westcliff station, 5 mins walk from the beach, 15 mins walk from centre of Southend.

My husband our I live in our apartment with our children (19) and 11). All three adults are professionals and at work most days during the week.

Flat mate would have access to communal lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

All bills included, which includes a 2 hour external cleaner each week, wi-fi, utilities etc.

We are a fairly quiet household - all sporty and like the outdoors.

Non smoking.

We have 2 cats.
