Double bedroom w private bathroom near hospital

Large furnished double room to rent with king-sized bed. Available for a maximum of 6 weeks from July 20th until August 29th. Looking preferably for a medical professional or student doing a short placement as our accommodation is near Southend hospital (10 minute walk).

This is a furnished family home with one male medical professional living here already in his own self contained room. My family and I will be away for the 6 weeks and so our room is only free until we are back. The other medical professional will be living here for the whole 6 weeks.

There is a private bathroom for the tenant- see photos. The other tenant has an ensuite.
The whole kitchen and dining area and breakfast bar is available with microwave, oven, hob and washing machine- see photo. This is almost entirety for sole use as the other tenant has kitchen facilities in his room and only rarely uses the kitchen.

This price is inclusive of all bills including internet.
