We are looking for someone aged mid-30s to 50, to live with us in our Victorian terrace first floor flat. The room we have to offer is a double room with a king size bed, bedside table, large chest of drawers and hanging rack for clothes. Perfect for a professional worker who needs a comfortable room to rest after a day at work.. The deposit insurance is equivalent to 1-month’s rent.

The house has a large kitchen, a living room and bathroom. The kitchen has a washing machine, oven, and fridge. All bills are included in the rent.

The flat is in a quiet street, around a 5-minute walk from Westcliff Station. It is also a short walk to local shops on Hamlet Court Rd, the sea-front, the High Street and Cliff’s Pavilion. Great location.

We are a couple in our mid 40s, working from home. We have a medium sized dog - poodle cross so hypoallergenic (coat doesn’t moult). Very chilled home, somewhere to relax after working all day and during spare time.

We are looking for someone of a similar age, professional and single occupancy only.
