Detached bungalow 4 double rooms 3 very spacious .1 I'm advertising is 2nd biggest with plasma TV on wall a bed stead frame very solid and wasn't cheap .And a antique wardrobe ,freshly painted walls ,new lamp shade .oak flooring throughout and a nice big bay window with 4 x opening windows .Sky TV full Internet package .The bungalow had a whole new extension and total refurbishment in 2013 ,so in pretty good shape ,all fire doors throughout and fire alarms for ur safety. 6 month rolling tenancy agreement with deposit signed and sealed 👌. If u wish to leave deposit given back long as room isn't trashed ....extra freezer in dinning area for use also ,and have big fridge freezer unit in kitchen appliances only 2 years old washing machine and dishwasher etc .have ninja fryer to and all the bits ....
