Extremely close to the beach and C2C line to London (Fenchurch Street). Chalkwell station is a mere ninety second walk or forty five second run! This will be ideal for commuting professionals, bit also local school teachers or even perhaps NHS staff. I say 'someone' but imagine this would suit a professional couple (slightly higher price) equally well. Parking is free at either end of the very short street (20m - 50m) either way .

My home is well equipped with all one would need, including full fibre (no copper lines) broadband. It is double glazed and well insulated, the bedroom is considerably larger than average with a very large double bed and all necessary furniture . The place is not a typical house share with many people sharing in cramped divided rooms. This is a large original periodic home in a very attractive quiet street in Chalkwell. It has a larger than average, sunny, well stocked garden including even our own vegetables. We have a piano here, so if this of interest definitely do call and speak to me. Couples are welcome and although we have no pets we do have a cat flap so no problem for cat owners here. The neighbourhood is extremely pleasant and tranquil at all times. Other than shared energy all bills are included: council tax, water, sewerage, Internet, etc.
