5min walk to the beach

Mother of two children. My Daughter is 8 and my son is 15 and we also have a bull mastiff. We need someone who is preferably used to children and big dogs, but regardless, we will respect your peace as much as possible. The room I’ll be renting out is out the way from our lounge and our bedrooms. I will only be renting out the bedroom and obviously use of the kitchen and bathroom.

The room is a small double.

One minute walk to Westcliff train station.

And five minute walk to the beach.

The room is furnished with a desk, clothes rail, tv and double bed.

Bills and Internet, or included in the price.

You will have your own food cupboard in the kitchen, top shelf in the fridge and top shelf in the freezer.
