The quiet tree lined road has a park situated at the end with private tennis courts, within 5 minute walk to Westcliff gardens and the seafront. The property itself has a large and well maintained garden which you’d be welcome to use.

There is a large downstairs bathroom and a small one for your exclusive use on the same floor as the bedroom.

Full fibre wi-fi. TV with Netflix as well as fridge, microwave, toaster + kettle for light snacks.

We are a retired couple who have had all of our children move out of the house and now live all over the world. We are sometimes at the property but spend a lot of time with family and travelling together.

We are ideally looking for a quiet and respectful lodger that will be a great fit within the home and local area.

We also have a little cat!
