Cosy Double Room - Westcliff-On-Sea - Female Pref

I’m moving out of my lovely little place in Westcliff and looking for someone to take over my room. It’s such a cosy flat in a brilliant location, only a couple of minutes from the seafront and about a ten minute walk to Westcliff station, so everything you need is really close by.

You’d be living with Scarlett who is honestly a dream to share with. She’s super chilled, really clean and tidy, and she works in London a couple of days a week. She’s also away quite a lot for long weekends, so the flat is really calm and quiet. She has two house cats who are sweet, gentle and mostly just potter about.

She’s hoping to find someone clean, respectful and easy to get along with, females preferred.

The room is unfurnished, but I’m ideally looking to sell my wardrobe and bed frame, so you can have it part furnished if that helps.
