All bills included for an extra £220/month (council tax alone is £122pm)

Prime seaside location close to beaches, cafés and restaurants.
Just a 2-minute walk to the station with a 45-minute train to Central London. Perfect for commuters or anyone who wants city access without living in it.
No parking space available BUT parking is free on the street (no permit required) and its easy to find a space.
Great access to the seafront (ofcourse!) right next to Hamlet Court Road, a few mins walk from Cliffs Pavilion and easy access to town & the high street
