Large furnished room with en-suite and parking

Furnished double room with own bathroom and parking space available in newly built flat overlooking Chalkwell Park. Available short/medium term. Monday-to-Friday is OK.

The block has a secure car park with bike storage and a lift. It’s the perfect location for Southend, Leigh, the A127, train station and bus routes. There are 4 supermarkets within a 15min walk including Aldi next door. Most importantly it’s a 12min walk to the beach and the park is on our doorstep!

The flat is warm, cosy, tidy and fully-furnished. There’s decent central heating and Wifi, 2 comfy sofas, a TV with Netflix, a dishwasher and a combined washing machine+tumble dryer. The balcony catches the afternoon sun. I’ve lived in a few flats and this is by far the most luxurious!

You’ll be living with me - a 30s public sector worker, keen traveller, foodie and extroverted introvert. I’m looking for someone calm, tidy and easy to talk to.

I usually work from home 4 days a week 9:30-17:30 in the living room/ kitchen area which I know won’t suit everyone but I’ll try to accommodate your routine too. I’m often out on evenings and weekends so you’d get the place to yourself.
