Amazing double room

I am offering a lovely fully furnished double room for a working professional in my clean, comfortable and quiet 4-bedroom home in a great location just few minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to the nearest train station.
The Room: Includes a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers. All bills included and I provide all the bedding etc

The House: Shared use of a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, 2 reception rooms, 2 loos, utility with a pantry and a sunny garden. I keep common areas tidy and value a peaceful, respectful home environment. Parking is also available both in the front drive and on the street.

I am a part-time working professional working from home most of the time and am friendly and relaxed lady who is looking for a like minded individual who treats this as a home, not just a hotel, and enjoys the occasional cuppa or watching a favourite TV show but also respects personal space.

I enjoy cooking and cook from scratch mostly Mediterranean dishes so you would be welcome to get a home made meal now and again! If you are good at summer BBQs that would be a bonus!

If you are a smoker you would be able to smoke in the back garden under the porch with a seating area. I do not accept pets and overnight stays.

Checkable references are a must!

I am open to a trial period period of couple of weeks as a great way to ensure compatibility before committing long-term!
