I am a 43 year old woman who owns the house and I'm a live in landlady. I have a room to rent in a quiet area in Westcliff on Sea. I have one other quiet male lodger , we all work full time. I am based in Westcliff on Sea – 5 minutes walk from Westcliff station and 10 minute walk into Southend town centre and 15 minute walk to Southend Hospital. The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cupboard storage, desk and it also has a TV with freeview.
The house is fully fitted with wireless broadband through Virgin. The bedroom over looks the garden and it is a quiet residential area close to local amenities.
I have cats but they are outdoor animals.
