The bedroom is spacious. A well appointed large double room 12 feet x by 11 feet. There are fitted wardrobes and nice comfortable furnishings.
A comfortable peaceful room to relax in., with a lovely view over the well kept garden.

This is a nice happy place to live , with a live in landlady. The house is safe and very secure and well organised and always clean and tidy.

The required safety regulations are in Place. The cleaning is done daily and the house is maintained to a high standard.

The currant guests have lived here for over two years , as did the lodger who has left. So as you can see it is a comfy place to be.

The Liverpool and fenchurch line stations plus Southend AIrport are within striking distance. There are bus routes either end of the road that go to surrounding areas. The A 127 is five minutes walk away.

The house is in nice neighbour hood in a tree lined road.
. A handy convenience shop is a a few doors along, with Tesco a short walk away making shopping easy..

A Five minute walk to Southend University Hospital, ideal for NHS staff

RBS is five minutes walk ideal for bank staff.

There are also several very good take-away food establishments within easy walking distance. There two good pubs that have reasonably priced meals.

There also is a gym a the end of the road for those who like to stay in shape.

Leigh on sea is not far away lots of bars and nice eateries.

Southend a 25 minute walk. A bus at the end of the road takes you to Southend..
