Two double rooms to let in a shared maisonette

I have a two level maisonette flat in Fleetwood Avenue, Westcliff and I wish to rent out the two double of the rooms in a shared flat environment. They can be rented individually or as an organised group as this site suggests. It's around a 20 minute walk to Chalkwell or Prittlewell stations and about the same to the seafront.

The two double rooms on the first level, which would each suit a single person. There's a shared kitchen, bathroom and communal area.
There is some furniture- each room has a double bed with a chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is also a sofa and TV in the communal area.
A washing machine is included and there's access to a dishwasher if necessary. The kitchen is stocked with fridge, utensils, kettle and toaster etc.
The flat is central heated and double glazed.

There's off street parking for one car and a rear paved garden.
All bills will be included, including wifi. A deposit will be required for each room.

I am looking for working, professional people only to enjoy living in my home which I've loved.
