Double room to let in friendly shared maisonette

I have a large two level maisonette flat in Fleetwood Avenue, Westcliff by Fairfax Drive and I wish to rent out one of the double rooms (size 11. 5ft x 10ft) in a shared flat environment. It's around a 20 minute walk to Chalkwell or Prittlewell stations.

The room is on the first level with a double bed, which would each suit a single person. There is also a chest of drawers, two small bedside chests and a clothes rail.

There will be a professional clean once a week.

There's a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and a communal area with TV. It is convenient for the hospital, workers from there have lived there previously. We have also had housemates in the past with cats which we would welcome.

I live on the top floor and the other room on the first level is rented out to another male. It's a friendly environment and when the room has been available in the past, the first person who has seen it has taken it.

There is a washing machine and you will have your own fridge. The kitchen is also stocked otherwise with, utensils, plates, kettle and toaster etc. The flat is central heated and double glazed.

All bills will be included, including fast Wifi.
