Warm, quiet house in Westcliff

We are looking for someone to share our desire for a quiet life, and who will help us keep the house clean. The kitchen has plenty of fridge and cupboard space, and is the main communal area of the house. The bedroom has fast wired internet (Virgin broadband) and wi-fi and is furnished to a good standard. It also has a brand new mattress, since the photo was taken. The house benefits from a new gas boiler with constant hot water, and a separate bathroom and toilet. Rent is inclusive of all bills and use of washing machine.

The household consists of me, Steve, and Heli and Jordan - who are a couple.. I teach English online from home. We are a pretty sociable bunch. Although we have no pets, we are thinking of getting a cat.

I must confess that I really hate smoking - I'm sorry, it drives me nuts. So please don't come if you smoke, or vape, etc.
