Comfy Room In Lovely House

I have a clean & well decorated double room in my lovely house in Westcliff-on-Sea with a comfy single bed. Loads of storage. Virgin TV and broadband. We are close to Southend hospital, Southend Airport and the grammer schools. We are close to the A127 and a 20 minute walk from Leigh-on-Sea. It is a lovely, quiet, safe area. I am a live in landlady and have a 21 year old Daughter who lives at home. My partner also stays here most of the time. We are all professional full-time working people. We are looking to share with a professional woman who is like-minded. Would suit a Doctor, Nurse, Teacher etc. We are really friendly and easy going. There is no shared lounge but you would have use of the beautiful kitchen-diner and the garden. You would be sharing a toilet and a separate bathroom with my Daughter.
