A lovely terraced house in quiet, street with west-facing suntrap of a garden to share with one other male. Amenities include fast virgin broadband, dishwasher, washing machine...everything you would reasonably expect. It has plenty of storage and I am cycle friendly for those that need to house a bike.

It is perfectly situated between between Leigh and Southend, making it ideal for those looking for proximity to either. It is a 10 minute stroll to Chalkwell Park and on into Leigh with its many bars and restaurants. Especially good for those working at Southend University Hospital which is an easy stroll from the house.

I'm an easy-going live in landlord who works in design which I combine with some locally based cycle instructing. I enjoy cycling, as you might expect, occasional recreational football (5-a-side for fun only!), play a bit of guitar and enjoy good food and drink!
