I have a spacious double room available in Westcliff.

The flat itself is relatively new - the kitchen and bathroom have been redone within the past year. It has a good sized living room (with sofa and TV) and a garden (with BBQ - which is amazing in Summer!).

The room is fully furnished with a standup wardrobe, clothes drawers, a double bed and a proper desk (if you would one).

In terms of location - it is on San Remo Parade, next to the Cliffs, (which is honestly quiet and peaceful). This location is great - right next to beautiful gardens, 5 mins from the pier and Westcliff Station (direct line to London) and 10 mins walk from Southend Centre and London Victoria Station. There is free parking at the Cliffs (but this is only really during the week)
