The property is only 50 Yards from Westcliff Railway Station. Close to local shops, walking distance of the Sea. Walking distance to the Cliffs Pavillion if you work there.

We prefer Non Smokers but if you are a smoker, you can smoke in the outdoor terrace.

We like a quiet house, as we have people working all hours.

We ask for a £200 Deposit, which will be secured through DPS

We require a reference from your employee.

Also, from now onwards, we ask to see a ID from any new tenants from overseas.
