Also provided is a toaster, kettle and a panini toaster. All crockery, glassware, cutlery and utensils is free to use (damages/loses will be charged).
The bathroom is modern and features a 4 piece suite including shower enclosure.
The bedroom for rent is a good size with fitted electric blinds. This includes two side tables, lamp and two large wardrobes. You will need to provide your own bed/mattress, or I can provide a double/king bed frame and mattress if required for an extra fee per week.
Importantly the whole flat has underfloor heating and each room is individually controlled.
I am a responsible house owner and keep my property well maintained and will therefore have work done from time to time to keep the building looking good.
Me (38) and my boyfriend (27) like partly in Brazil, partly in the UK and partly travelling for work/leisure. There may be periods where we look to sublet the room.
I love to travel and go on several trips per year and also travel for work. I like entertaining, cooking and having a drink to relax. It would be great to find someone sociable with similar interests.
