I am offering a double bedroom in a two bedroom flat. You will have your own shower and toilet within the flat for your sole use. The flat is modern and nicely decorated. All other amenities are shared. There is ease of access to parking and local to the train station which is on the mainline to London so ideal for commuters.

I am a professional who works in Essex during the week but lives elsewhere at weekends. I am looking for someone who is also working and who is easy to live with like I am. This is ideal for professional who wants week day accommodation or someone who needs this as their sole base. As I am only staying 3 nights per week you will have the flat to yourself every weekend.

The flat has a spacious feel given it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lounge/dinner is large but only has a small kitchen so maybe not for an aspiring chef.
